Not only has it brought valuable new members to the club, it has (and perhaps more importantly) opened up a new world to youngsters and their families who may never have realised the existence of Sport Dance. For any sport to develop and grow, getting young people involved is paramount. The great thing about Dance Sport is that the skills youngsters learn can be kept for the remainder of their lives. Once you have learned to dance, you can dance forever. The same can't be said for most other sports to anything like the same degree. You can even dance in a wheelchair.
